Human Hair Blend - which is human hair mixed with synthetic fibres.
You would be hugely surprised at how many celebrities are wearing wigs at the moment rather than damage their hair with colouring and heat. Why not join them and give your natural hair a break, with our units no one will know you’re wearing a wig.
On the rare occasion your wig may have a slight crimped effect on the wefts this can be straightened out and isn't a permanent condition.
FIRST TIME WEARING A WIG? ......
It’s never been easier to transform your look. Simply braid your hair close to your head, cover your hair with a wig cap and place the lace front wig over your head. Then trim the excess lace to create the perfect blend with your hairline.
FITTING
All our wigs have adjustable straps inside the cap so they can be adjusted to fit any head size. Most of our units are glue-less so you do not need glue they have combs on the inside of the cap (usually 3) for added security however if you prefer to use glue that is also an option.
Before your first wear, if you feel the wig wont sit flat on your head you can put it on and then a wig cap over the top of it so that it helps shape the wig to sit more flatly, do this for about an hour if possible or more.
STYLING
This unit can be styled with heat, however they are chemically processed and therefore cannot be dyed in colour attempting to do so will damage the hair.
When styling it is preferable to use a lower heat setting we advise 150oc with straighteners. Be careful of the ends of the hair when styling as they are the most fragile part of the wig, ideally use heat defence products.
If you wish to curl a straight wig the easiest, most effective method is to steam the hair whilst it is in rollers.
Any questions please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to respond.
WASHING
A mild shampoo and conditioner is all that is required.
Whilst washing your unit it is recommended to use a dip in and out method in either a sink or bath. Try not to ring out the hair. After washing pat try as much as possible with a towel and leave the hair to air dry naturally.
TIPS
1. Use your concealer or foundation on the lace parting so you create a beautiful natural look.
2. Use a paddle brush only and brush in sections from bottom to top.
3. Pending wash days you can use dry shampoo spray and leave in conditioner.
4. If you have a curly unit you can manipulate the curls back into shape by recurring with your finger and scrunching
5. When hair feels a little dry you can smooth it out with your hair straighteners
Just remember, like your own hair, wigs are not indestructible. So treat them with care and respect.
